Along with owning a full-service real estate brokerage, I own and teach classes for the Arizona Real Estate Institute. I was amazed at how many people held an inactive real estate license. Most people were retired or working in another career. They could not use their hard-earned license. The yearly dues and fees associated with joining a company were just too much money. I Refer Real Estate was established to allow retired and inactive real estate agents a place to activate their license without paying all the fees. We allow agents to refer business anywhere in Arizona or the nation and get paid a referral fee. If you hold a valid Arizona real estate license and live anywhere in the country, we can help.
